The staff were exceptional and accommodating, particularly as I was travelling with my 89 year old father. From a warm welcome at reception by Sonia ensuring our rooms were close together, Vivian and Pedro not only helped with timings, storing luggage and even waited outside with us whilst our taxi arrived. We had a wonderful evening meal, catering for my friend who was vegan, and Dad who just wanted soup. Yogita, the manager and chef were brilliant. At breakfast Elena went the extra mile and packed up a breakfast for Dad and all the waiting staff were so polite and it was a varied breakfast selection. The location is brilliant for London just off Tottenham court Road. The room staff also kept the rooms spotless and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a central London visit and I would not hesitate to stay again. The hotel suits all types of stay - holiday visitors and I met several people on business trips.

The room we stayed in was spacious, which is rare in central London. The hotel is right next to the Warren Street Underground. There are many buses nearby, making it convenient to go anywhere. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. it's a convenient location. The hotel facilities are relatively old and we were often woken up by the noise from the water pipes at night. We stayed for 5 days and the room was not cleaned. The hotel's coffee, tea and milk were not replenished every day, and you had to go to the front desk to ask for them every day, which was very annoying. So we didn't go to the front desk to ask for it in the last two days.

Have stayed there for the third time. The cruise ship passengers packing the dining room at breakfast...all fat and terribly over weight...and their noise...have made me reconsider whether I will stay there next September...I teach a class first week of September every year at univesity college school of architecture... the hotel had sold so when I got there for my THIRD ten day plus visit, they couldn't find my reservation... do something about the homeless problem in full view from Room 110 at both supermarkets across the street...

The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. There were some nice little touches such as welcome water with ice and lemon in the foyer. Security is good, which is comforting in such a busy part of London. The location is excellent for anyone travelling to/from Euston station so that bags can be left on arrival if the room isn't ready and equally when leaving if you are spending a day in London before returning home. Lovely selection of breakfast choices. All staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Elizabeth

We had a very good breakfast with the option of self service English or Continental or you could order eggs cooked to your choice from the waiter . The hotel was very central and was next to bus stops and a tube station. The staff were friendly and courteous and very smart. The hotel had an all round attractive decor. There was a free gym to use if you felt guilty after the breakfast. There were plenty of eating places within a short distance of the hotel.
